HURRICANE BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 250 miles south of Mexico's Baja California. Forecasters are anticipating that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is moving westward at approximately 10 mph.
